Mr Byass has over 25 years’ experience in the mining industry both in listed and unlisted entities globally, Non-Executive and Executive Director of various listed and unlisted mining entities, which have successfully transitioned to production in bulk, precious and speciality metals around the world. Currently on Boards of ASX gold, base metals and lithium companies. ASX and AIM Board experience.

BEng (Min) AWASM, FAusIMM

Mr James is a mining engineer with over 30 years’ mine operating and project development experience predominantly in WA. Also, previous experience at Managing Director level of three ASX listed companies with two of those companies successfully guided through a merger and takeover process to the benefit of the shareholders. Mr James has a strong mine operating background (examples being the Kanowna Belle Gold Mine and the Black Swan Nickel Mine) and a strong feasibility study / mine development background (examples being the Pillara Zinc/Lead Mine and the Trident/Higginsville Gold Mine).

Mr Barnes has over 25 years' experience in senior finance and financial management within the mining industry and previously the financial services industry. Mr Barnes has considerable experience in project financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, treasury and implementation of accounting controls and systems.

Before joining Galena Mining Limited, Mr Barnes held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Paladin Energy Limited (ASX: PDN) for more than 5 years and was part of the team that successfully completed the company’s capital restructuring in 2018. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer of DRDGOLD Limited (NYSE and JSE: DRD) and its affiliated subsidiaries for more than 7 years.

Mr Nakagawa is a graduate of Tokyo University, Faculty of Law and has a MBA from University of Leicester, U.K. Mr, Nakagawa joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 1982 and held a series of executive roles in Japan, U.K. and the USA before joining Toho Zinc in 2017 where he is currently an Executive Officer, General Manager, Mineral Resources Business Division and General Manager, Procurement Control Department.

Mr Sulicich is a mining engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the resource industry covering operational and management roles with CRA, Pasminco and Perilya. Mr Sulicich joined CBH Resources Limited in 2006 and was appointed as a director in August 2011.
