| Renchun He - Chairman |
Mr He, 52, is a Senior Engineer having graduated from Central South University in 1976 with a major in powder metallurgy in 1976. After working as an engineer and completing postgraduate studies in Japan, Mr He served in various positions in the metals industry. Mr He was appointed Chairman of Hunan Nonferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd in August 2004 and Chairman of Hunan Nonferrous Metals Corporation in September 2005, responsible for the overall management of HNC and its 5 opreating centres. Mr He is a Vice President of China Nonferrous Metal Industry Association, a Vice President of Hunan Province International Business Association and a researcher at Strategic Research Centre of the Emergence of Central China. He holds a doctorate in management science and engineering and is an adjunct professor at Central South University.

| Jeff Moore - Managing Director |
Jeff Moore, 55, graduated with distinction from the Western Australian Institute of Technology (Curtin University) with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geology) in 1984. Since that time he has gained extensive technical, managerial and project finance experience in exploration and mining for publicly listed companies.
During his career, Jeff has generated and managed projects for commodities including precious metals, base metals, diamonds, nickel and industrial minerals throughout Central and South America, Africa and Asia. Notably, in Australia Jeff generated the regional models and concepts which culminated in the 1994 discovery of the Red October gold deposit below Lake Carey and in the period from 1999 to 2003 he generated and implemented exploration programmes in Africa, resulting in the discovery of previously unknown kimberlite pipes in Namibia and significant zinc-lead-copper Sedex type deposits in Western Botswana. Jeff is a member of the Australasian Instituteof Mining and Metallurgy, a member of the Geological Society of Australia and a Director of Cougar Metals.

| Hon. Robert Anderson QC - Non-executive Director |
The Hon. Robert Anderson QC, 69, graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1962 with an honours degree in law. He was in general practice in Perth for 21 years with the firm Freehills before commencing as an independent barrister in 1983. He developed an extensive practice at the Bar specialising in corporate, commercial and mining work and became a Queen’s Counsel in 1984. During this time he served on the Barristers Board and was retained as counsel by many major corporations. He was president of the WA Bar Association in 1987 and 1988. For a number of years in the 1980’s he was Chairman of the State Legislative Review Committee, advising Parliament on the validity of municipal by-laws and regulations. From 1987 until 1990 he was Chairman of the State Planning Appeal Tribunal.
Robert relinquished his corporate interests including his directorships upon his appointment as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1990. He retired from that office in December 2003. During his 13 years as a judge Robert presided in many large and complex corporate, commercial and criminal cases and he also served for several years as a President of the Western Australian Industrial Appeal Court.
Since his retirement from judicial office, Robert has been actively involved in a range of activities for private interests and government agencies.
Robert has a longstanding involvement and keen interest in mining, both professionally as a lawyer and personally through many years of prospecting and ownership of mining tenements.

| Shaoxiong Zeng - Non-executive Director |
Mr Zeng, 50, is a Senior Engineer who graduated from Central South University of Mining and Metallurgy in 1981 with a major in ore processing. Mr Zeng was a technician, Deputy Chief, of a branch of Shizhuyuan Mine for 14 years then Head of Mining and Chairman of Shizhuyuan for 7 years. From 2002 to 2004 Mr Zeng was a Deputy General Manager of Hunan Provincial Nonferrous Metal Industry Corp and from August 2004 the Standing Deputy General Manager of Hunan Nonferrous Metals Corporation. Mr Zeng is currently a Deputy General Manager of Hunan Nonferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd. and the Chairman of HNCs Supervisory Standing Committee.

| Yingjie Deng - Non-executive Director |
Ms Deng, 45, graduated from Sichuan University in 1988 with a masters degree from the Foreign Linguistics and Literature Department. Ms Deng worked in exporting and international tendering for 11 years and since 2004 in investment and business planning. She was awarded a Ph.D in Management Science and Engineering in December 2006 by the Commercial College of the South Central University of China. In November 2007 Ms Deng joined Nunan Nonferrous Metals Corporation as Deputy General Manager.

| Changmin Chen - Non-executive Director |
Mr Chen, 44, is a Senior Mining Engineer who graduated from Wuhan Institute of Chemical Technology in 1988 with a Bachelor of Mining Engineering, following with a Masters degree in 1996. Following 19 years working in various senior positions, Mr Chen became a Director and General Manager of HNC (Australia) Resources Pty Ltd in July 2007.

| James Fang - Non-executive Director |
James Fang, 40, is a graduate of Chendu Radio Engineering University and holds an EMBA masters degree from Beijing University. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financing and management consulting relating to hi-tech, industry and mining assets. James is a former Chairman of AP Energy Investments Limited.

Mr Bo, 44, is an investment banker and finance adviser who holds an MSc from the University of Petroleum in China. Mr Bo has extensive experience in the fields of investment banking, financing, joint ventures, contracting and project management.
